Pipemakers Park, Maribyrnong
Pipemakers Park Maribyrnong - Melbourne's Living Museum of the West, housed in a revamped factory, hosts historical presentations on the Maribyrnong River and the people who have lived there since its initial occupation up to 40,000 years ago by the Wurundjeri people.
Pipemakers Park, part of the Maribyrnong River valley, is aproximately six kilometres from the city, it is one of Melbourne's oldest industrial sites, which has now been transformed into a park and wetlands.
